Receiving 'Got a packet bigger than max_allowed_packet bytes' error? Follow our instructions to fix such issues. If you receive an error from your MySQL server (or website with mySQL backend) stating 'Got a packet bigger than "max_allowed_packet" bytes' then you need to increase your MySQL settings to accommodate the request.
