Installing Softaculous

Learn how easily you can install the Softaculous addon into your cPanel installation. Just follow the given steps.

If you have purchased the Softaculous addon with your cPanel VPS, you will need to install it into your cPanel installation. This is very easy to do.

Note: Before starting the installation make sure ionCube Loaders are enabled.

• Go to WHM
• Click on Tweak Settings
• Click on 'PHP'
• Click on cPanel PHP Loader 'ioncube'

Now SSH to your server and enter following commands:

wget -N http://files.softaculous.com/install.sh
chmod 755 install.sh
./install.sh

Now login to WHM. On the left hand side at the bottom you should see: Softaculous - Instant Installs
