Shell Fork Bomb Protection Limits Memory To Terminal/SSH users preventing magento cli

If you are on a cPanel server and accessing SSH or Terminal to run Magento commands e.g.

php bin/magento indexer:status

And you receive out of memory errors reporting around 200MB. This will be due to Shell Fork Bomb Protection being enabled in WHM. This limits shell or terminal users from using more than 196MB of RAM in a process. Although the protection is good, it does mean that any users trying to use composer or magento will have issues. The fix is to disable Shell Fork Bomb Protection in WHM.
